#4 Six Nesting Boxes (12"x12") inside of Chicken Coop.

All units. other than off the display lot, are custom built per your wants and needs.

Units, with lofts, are available per customer discretion at additional cost.

Do to material availability, prices may increase up to 10%.
Delivery Service Availability and Cost

8' Wide Unit
Minimum charge of $225.00 or $2.75 per loaded mile, 
whichever is greater from Beattie, KS to your delivery address, 
not on your prepared site. 

10' & 12' Wide Unit
Minimum charge of $250.00 or $3.00 per loaded mile, 
whichever is greater from Beattie, KS to your delivery address, 
not on your prepared site. 

Customer is responsible for a level prepared site, with sufficient tree clearance to unload.

15-R's is not responsible for property damage or ruts.

Standard policy is 50% down upon signed order & balance upon satisfactory delivery. 

Once down payment check clears the bank, you will be put on the assembly build list. 

Allow approximate 4-6 weeks (may be longer) for delivery depending on material availability.

All Checks are to be made to  15-R's LLC
